Commissions TOS

Clients should send a commission request with clear color references and necessary character information through Ko-fi DMs prior to payment. Once the request is approved, full payment will be required through Ko-fi.The commission will be worked on once the request is approved, the TOS is read and agreed upon by the client, and payment is sent. During this process, I will send multiple art drafts.Please allow at least two weeks after payment for fulfillment. I grant full refunds if the client wishes to cancel the commission during the sketch phase or if I determine that the commission cannot be finished for any reason. Partial refunds may be granted during the lineart phase.----Clients are encouraged to share feedback and specify any details that they want in the commission. Any necessary character information should also be shared. Note that drafts should not be shared outside of communications between I and the client.Once the client is satisfied with the final product, I will send high-quality files of the finished artwork and any other assets. The commission will be considered complete at this point. Simple color variations can be requested free of charge as long as I still have the original files.----Clients have the right to use their commissioned art for personal use with the following exceptions: 1) Credit must be given when sharing or displaying artwork, and 2) Commissioned art may not be used for any blockchain related activities or AI-generative learning programs. The client may revoke permission for their art to be used for promotion on my social media pages.
